B - Research and Product Development (R & D)
Budget, design, selection of raw materials, active ingredients, fragrance … technical and regulatory study.
Establishment of a contract defining our mission R & D pro forma invoice and payment of 50%.
- Realization of the pilot products following the validation of the project.
- Adjusted formula: Texture, perfume, application, color … Validation of pilot products as a reference for manufacturing. Remittance formulas INCI. Payment of the balance of pro forma R & D. Drafting of administrative documents. Declaration of the product in Anti-poison center in France, for European markets.
Regulatory testing, 2 months on average delays: Challenge test, patch skin tolerance dermatologically tested, eyes irritation, tests claims.
C - Industrialization of products - Manufacturing, conditioning.
- Quotation estimation with pro forma, signature of a contract of manufacture – supply of products.
- Payment of 50% pro forma accepted. Launching of industrial production. Furnishing of a sample from the fabrications for approval. Running fabrications with regulatory issues. Payment of the balance due. Availability of products.
